The staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety, from arranging special seating in the restaurant to assisting with mobility around the property. the heating and air conditioning were perfectly adjusted to suit our needs, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout our entire stay. the mini-bar and electric kettle in the room were stocked with a variety of beverages, offering a convenient way to relax and enjoy a hot drink on our private patio while taking in the stunning views of the garden. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the hair dryer was a convenient addition that made getting ready for our events effortless. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and we enjoyed relaxing at the Sorso Lounge & Bar just a stone's throw away for a cozy nightcap. the Ritz-Carlton exceeded all my expectations, providing a truly exceptional experience that I will cherish for years to come.
